What will you do?
- Responsible for promoting the Schneider Electric brand in retail segment and achieving the sales numbers in assigned territory
- Develop and strengthen retail channel and generate business prospects
- Promote and increase business through Distributor E-Commerce Website
- Engaging with the electrical consultants and business houses to get our brand approval
- Responsible for timely collection of account receivables
- Work with retailers and contractors to whom the supplies have to be made through our authorized channel partners
- Responsible for increasing our market share year-on-year with a clear business plan of achieving it
- Participate in exhibitions, advertisements, showroom branding for brand promotion
- Create brand awareness and pull from the market
- Pre & Post-sales support to our customers and business partner
- Conduct training programs for distributors and customers
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- UAE Driving License
- 5-7 years of experience in a techno commercial role
- Knowledge of Low Voltage products solutions and relevant IEC Standards
- Influencing & Convincing, Presentation Skill, Communication skill, achieving results, Relationship building, Collaborating, Working in Matrix organization
