Job Description

To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the retail department in relation to the company core process: thus directly impacting on the delivery of the experience. The position sells branded merchandise, souvenirs and photo products to guests by using a computerized cash register. Ensures the store is well stocked and clean. Assists guests with queries. Assists and advises guests using variety of selling skills,product knowledge and demonstrating service enhancing behavior.


A Greeting / welcoming the guests in a warm and friendly manner.


A Approaching the guest and starting proactive communication.


A Assisting and advising guests to make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating products.


A Efficiently handle computerized cash register that involves barcode scanners, calculators, creditcard machines.


A Collect and process money tendered transactions of different currencies, vouchers, stored value cards, and credit card payments.


A Arranging and maintaining product displays with approval, stock shelves (refill) and take product inventory.


A Applying product knowledge while handling guests and improve the same on a regular basis.


A Working on promotions and achieving set targets.


A Handling basic guest complaints on the spot.


A Ensuring clean and safe environment.


A Ensuring all products displayed are properly displayed and labeled as per our brand standards.


A Assisting in quarterly and yearly inventory.


A Any other tasks that may be required from time to time to perform to meet the needs of the business.


A Medically able to work in all weather conditions.


A Physical able to carry/lift items, climb ladder etc.



Essential:


A Higher secondary or equivalent


A Previous retail experience


A Previous experience in handling guest complaints


A Moderate verbal communication skills


A Basic knowledge of cash handling skills


A Good communication skills
