Role Purpose:

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and administration of all purchase orders for non-merchandize products and services and arranging travel bookings for MAF Fashion business trips.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Operational Responsibilities
People

  • Raise Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders for all non-merchandize products and services requests (packaging, Marketing, IT equipment, Facility management…etc.) and follow through to ensure they are approved.
  • Maintain a tracker of all Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders raised and updated
  • Receiving of GRNs after getting the confirmation of job completion or delivery of service
  • Monitor the Kofax payment process
  • Work closely with CPO to obtain best hotel rates
  • Process flights and hotel bookings for business trips and new joiners ensuing the travel policy and budget are followed.
  • Updating the travel security platform where required
  • Maintain and update all necessary records, files and database related to travel bookings and spending
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.

  • Coordinate with internal customers for their travel booking requests ensuring timely processing of the bookings while adhering to the travel policy
  • Work closely with all internal departments and external vendors to build and develop professional working relationships.
  • Support in promoting sustainability initiatives to transform the lives of the community and contribute to the net positive impact, and health and wellness.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications / Education
  • Graduate degree or professional qualification in Administration

Experience
  • 3-4 years in business administration or Retail coordination.
