What You'll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly while ensuring service standards are met
• Prepare and set tables with linens, glassware, and silverware before service
• Suggest additional menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
• Maintain smooth coordination with bar and service staff to ensure consistency
• Follow hotel procedures for billing, cashiering, and service checklists
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and Dubai Municipality regulations
• Handle special tasks or projects as directed by the restaurant manager
• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests to provide personalized service

Ideal Profile

• Physically fit and able to lift, push, and carry up to 23 kilograms as needed
• Flexible to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for handling orders and payments
• Knowledge of local laws regarding food handling and alcohol service
• Warm, approachable, and strong communication skills
• Ability to provide attentive service while anticipating guest needs
• Russian language proficiency to support international guest satisfaction
