Waiters/Waitresses

to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism. Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service. Serve dishes and beverages according to restaurant standards. Ensure tables are properly set before guests arrive and promptly cleaned after use. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints in a polite and professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times. Assist in preparing bills, processing payments, and handling cash transactions. Comply with hygiene, health, and safety regulations. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-pressure environments. Positive attitude, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Minimum
