Restaurant Team Captain/supervisor (female)
Job Description
Greet guests warmly and ensure exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Monitor and ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
Support team members during busy shifts with service, table clearing, and guest requests.
Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team for timely order delivery.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a cafe, bistro, or casual dining restaurant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
