W Dubai The Palm is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily food and beverage operations while ensuring high service standards, team coordination, and guest satisfaction in a vibrant luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Coordinate team members to meet service standards and guest expectations
• Inspect staff grooming, uniforms, and readiness before and during shifts
• Complete opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and securing outlets
• Monitor dining areas for seating flow, service quality, safety, and guest comfort
• Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and FIFO practices in all food and beverage areas
• Conduct regular inventory checks and submit requisitions for supplies
• Raise maintenance requests and follow up on required repairs
• Support management with staff onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
• Act as a role model and first point of contact for team support and workplace concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in food and beverage operations
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Physically fit to stand, walk, and perform operational duties during shifts
• Commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction
