Its a casual dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi that specializes Asian cuisine.

- Supervise and coordinate the work of restaurant staff, including food runners, waiters, hosts/hostesses.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns , and resolving issues promptly. Monitor guest satisfaction and in line with Restaurant Manager approval and consensus, take necessary actions to improve dining experience .
- Oversee daily shift operations, including opening and closing duties. In the absence of the RM, assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members as needed.
- Assist in managing restaurant inventory and placing orders for supplies upon receiving approval from Restaurant Manager. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock rotation. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met .
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations. Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for both staff and customers.
