Job Purpose
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth workflow, and compliance with hotel standards. The role requires a Russian-speaking professional who can effectively communicate with Russian-speaking guests while leading and supporting the service team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently delivered.
Welcome and engage with guests, with special attention to Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
Support the Restaurant Manager in staff scheduling, task allocation, and shift briefings.
Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and adherence to service standards.
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating team members to enhance performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and smooth guest flow.
Control operational costs by minimizing waste and monitoring stock usage.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Guest Service Excellence
Deliver personalized and attentive service to all guests.
Act as a role model for service etiquette and professionalism.
Promote upselling of menu items, promotions, and special offers.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within an All Day Dining Restaurant or hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Skills & Competencies
Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory (additional languages are an advantage).
