Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Ensure top standards in food quality, service, and hygiene
Manage staff schedules, discipline, and performance
Train and guide team members to reach operational excellence
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
Provide regular reports to management on performance and needs
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as a restaurant supervisor (experience in Qatar preferred)
Fluency in English is a must
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in global fast food chains
such as McDonald's, KFC, Hardee's, Burger King, etc.
Strong leadership skills, hands-on management style, and quick decision-making
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operation tools
Ability to work under pressure and lead a multicultural team
