We are hiring a
Restaurant Supervisor
for our Iranian Kabab restaurant. The candidate must haveexperience and knowledge of Iranian Kabab cuisine
and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards Monitor staff performance and provide training when needed Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies
Requirements:
Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor/manager Knowledge of
Iranian Kabab cuisine
is a must Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSalary & Benefits:
Salary:
AED 2,400 - 2,800
(based on experience) Accommodation & meals (if applicable) Career growth opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
