To ensure the dressing, appearance and presentation of the restaurant throughout service is of a consistently high standard and that excellent levels of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times.
To ensure the restaurant operation (opening, closing, service and security) is operated in line with procedures and any other written and verbal communications.
Collaborate with managers to review all employee performance and provide training to increase overall performance and monitor all guest requests efficiently to achieve all customer objectives.
To ensure all restaurant storage, service and work areas are consistently clean and tidy and that the appropriate documentation is maintained.
To prepare, schedule and execute weekly rota for the restaurant floor team, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
Working with the Restaurant manager, to ensure that appropriate planning and preparation is undertaken for seasons and events.
To ensure new staff are inducted and all service staffs are trained in their role and to assist in the ongoing training and development.
Actively find ways to lower operation costs while expanding the customer base
Tagalog speaking candidates will be preferred.
