Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff performance and scheduling.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold company standards.
Assist with cash handling, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A team player with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting tools is a plus.
