About Us:

We are a holding company leading a fast food restaurants in Qatar operating multiple brands, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to manage the one shift operations and support the Branch Manager in delivering outstanding service and operational performance.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily morning shift activities and ensure smooth operations. Support and train staff to maintain service and quality standards. Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety regulations are met. Assist in stock control, ordering, and storage procedures. Address customer issues promptly and professionally. Report shift activities and issues to the Branch Manager.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges efficiently. Knowledge of restaurant hygiene and safety standards. Strong knowledge in Microsoft office.
Shift Timing: Morning shift, Evening Shift & Split shift if needed (timings will be discussed during the interview).

Salary & Benefits:

Attractive full package salary. Accommodation and transportation are not provided (candidate must arrange their own).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
