MAC is currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor based in Dubai to support an elite client deliver a work class guest experience. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant professionals with fine-dining background to be part of our elite client.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage standards and quality across all areas of the restaurant and front of house operation.
  • Assist the management team in the development of standards of service.
  • Carry out regular stock-takes.
  • Effectively manage team members and takes ownership of the allocated tasks.
  • Receive and act upon all guest feedback.
  • Stimulate upselling and revenue generating setting targets to the team.
  • Comply with all Company policies, procedures and statutory regulations, including human resources, health and safety, safe working practices, COVID-19, hygiene and cleanliness .
  • Ensure that all accountable staff are adequately trained and skilled to the required level.
  • You will be responsible for managing and leading your team on a day-to-day basis, whilst also ensuring the highest quality of customer service and food and drink service throughout the restaurant
  • You will have fantastic communications skills and ability to adapt to different situations, opportunities and challenges
  • You will train and support the team; provide service briefings and liaise between the kitchen and the floor
  • You will make sure the restaurant is open and closed professionally and safely
Position Requirements:
  • Solid experience in supervising an up-scale dining restaurant .
  • Able to communicate effectively .
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • Confident, polite and energetic individuals with at least 1 year's management experience in fine-dining restaurant.
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service whilst leading a team
  • Commitment to work with a great time both front and back of house
  • Professional understanding and knowledge of all Health & Safety rules and food hygiene standards
  • A passion and interest in the hospitality industry
