Possess a Degree or Diploma in a Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management or the equivalent
Should have practical experience working as a restaurant supervisor or manager
Must be able to work well as part of a team
Ability to motivate other members of staff
Strong financial management skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to handle customers\' complaints and concerns
Fluency in English is a must
Must be able to discipline other members of staff
Good leadership skills required
