Job Description
The Restaurant Reservation Agent is responsible for managing and coordinating guest reservations efficiently and professionally. This role involves handling phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms, ensuring accurate reservation details, and providing excellent customer service. The agent works closely with the front-of-house team to optimize seating and enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online systems. Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed. Maintain accurate records of bookings and special requests. Coordinate with restaurant staff to manage table availability and guest flow. Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu, and policies. Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints in a courteous manner. Support front-of-house operations during peak hours as needed.
Qualifications:
Able to join immediately
Must be in Dubai, UAE
Experience in the same field is preferred
