Job Responsibilities - Restaurant Receptionist (Chinese Speaker Preferred)
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and walk-in customers Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle bookings in English and basic Chinese Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state Assist guests with menu information and general questions Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all visitors

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
