What You Will Do:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
Manage the host/hostess and reservations team, training and supervising staff to maintain excellent service.
Coordinate seating arrangements and manage table allocations to optimize restaurant capacity.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in the managerial role from 2 yesrs and above.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Experience in front-of-house operations in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Proficiency in Japanese.
