We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Restaurant Purchaser
to manage the sourcing and procurement of food items, beverages, kitchen supplies, and other materials required for smooth restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, a solid network of suppliers, and knowledge of market pricing and quality standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Officer in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Good knowledge of food products, market trends, and vendor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID .
Valid Driving license
