Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards
Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow and quality
Manage floor planning, reservations, and guest flow during peak times
Monitor financial performance including budgets, costs, and revenue targets
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
