Restaurant Manager required for a fast growing restaurant group in the UK. Due to changes in the work permit from April 2024 applicants must be able to move to the UK ASAP Sponsorship available for the right candidate Duties & responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards. - Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Collaborate with the chef to develop and update menu offerings. - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. - Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales. - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. - You must have worked as a restaurant manager
- Excellent communications skills is must
- Cocktails and bar knowledge
- Must be a people person
- Salary up to \xc2\xa330,000 per annum
- 28 days annual holidays
