About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our premium Sushi restaurant in Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese or Asian dining, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of delivering outstanding guest experiences in a high-end, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and excellence in customer satisfaction. Lead and motivate a multicultural team of chefs, waiters, and service staff. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Manage reservations, guest relations, and service recovery with professionalism. Monitor sales, control costs, and meet profitability targets. Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events. Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and F&B regulatory standards. Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain authenticity and innovation in the sushi menu.
Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a Japanese/Sushi or fine dining restaurant. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost control. Passion for hospitality and guest experience. Fluent in English Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
