We are a growing chain of restaurants and cafeterias specializing in authentic Shami pies, with 5 established branches across Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain. As part of our expansion journey, we are transitioning from traditional operations to a modern franchise model, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead this transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches.
Ensure compliance with UAE food health & safety regulations and municipal inspection standards.
Drive business growth through performance improvement, sales increase, and effective marketing strategies.
Lead, manage, and motivate multi-branch teams to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor purchasing, inventory, and control operating costs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Utilize and optimize POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing restaurants or cafeterias within the UAE.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to prepare financial and operational reports, including performance evaluations and forecasts.
Bilingual - Arabic and English fluency required.
Preference for candidates with experience in Shami cuisine or fast-food concepts.
Experience in managing franchise restaurants is a strong advantage.
