Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is Greek-speaking to lead and oversee the daily operations of a well-established restaurant in Dubai.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and staff management Greek speaker (mandatory) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lead, motivate, and train a multicultural team Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of service Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards Work closely with management to implement strategies for growth
Offer

Salary package: AED 15.000 - 20.000 (based on experience) Visa and medical insurance as per UAE law Stable and supportive working environment
