Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience and maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure menu items are presented optimally and adhere to the established culinary standards.
- Control monthly inventory, manage supplier relationships, and oversee cost management strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Develop promotional campaigns and events to enhance the restaurant's visibility and attract new customers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including labor and food costs, to drive profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a trendy or upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and current food trends.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong financial management capabilities, including understanding of budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Must currently be residing in Dubai.
