As the Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience for their guests.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our menu and providing excellent service.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests, overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including menu optimization, upselling techniques, and cost control measures.
- Monitor and maintain high food quality and consistency levels, working closely with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, recommending improvement and maintaining a competitive edge.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a trendy restaurant environment in UAE
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with current food and beverage trends, ensuring the menu stays innovative and relevant.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
