The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume establishments. MUST speak Malayalam as this is a Kerala restaurant MUST have minimum 5 years experience in the F&B industry Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
