We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as the Restaurant Manager at IIQAF. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic leader with excellent managerial and customer service skills.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring efficient operations. You will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation and customer service in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Responsible for managing staff and ensuring that all members of the team provide guests with excellent service
Develop and implement strategies to identify and obtain new customers
Prepare schedules and assign staff to ensure the restaurant is properly staffed
Maintain an inventory of all food supplies and equipment
Create budgets and track sales
Monitor sales and expenses to maximize profits
Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure compliance with regulations
Train employees on customer service policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
Demonstrated customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate staff and establish productive working relationships
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Solid understanding of restaurant financials
Job requires standing for extended periods
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
