We are looking for a manager for our restaurant in HATTA (Dubai). -Restaurant Management experience: 3 years (Required). -Fluent Arabic language. Duties and responsibilities: * Possess a strong understanding of all local rules and regulations as per the local food control authority manuals and controls. Ensure that all these regulations are 100 % implemented in the branches at all time. * Provide daily floor supervision, support and mentoring to all staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and customer retention through: . Compliance to the highest standards of service quality and speed as per Customer Service. . Compliance to all appearance standards (counter/tray/tables). . Ensuring that all food served is meeting restaurant quality and freshness standards at all time . Maintaining a positive and welcoming ambiance in the outlet throughout the day with motivated staff. * Maximize the restaurant profitability by ensuring that the teams have complete understanding and knowledge of all products, menus and promos. Ensure that the team is constantly and subtly applying upselling and cross-selling tactics. *Controlling and studying the food costs and submit suggestion to the management in this regard * Maintain high standards of staff hygiene, health & safety, food safety and cleanliness in all food production & dining areas as per the Personal Hygiene, Food Safety and Facility and Equipment Cleaning SOPs. * Perform Daily Checklists (opening checklist, cleaning logs, etc.) using internal platforms to ensure a check on all critical points. * Conduct daily and weekly briefings, training classes, meetings and other events for development of team as per the Operational Training. * Be responsible for branch operational equipment and their maintenance as per the Facility maintenance. Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs and training staff on proper use by following standard operating procedures to report and fix these issues. * Ensure correct handling, storage and usage of all stored product and perform all stock related administration tasks, such as goods ordering, goods receiving, goods return etc. as per Stock Management. * Stock take process to ensure a swift and accurate count process and analysis of gaps.
