Job Brief
One of our esteemed clients is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of their European-inspired caf -style restaurant in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing caf style concepts inspired by European cuisine, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory, food quality, and hygiene compliance.
• Drive customer satisfaction through personalised service, prompt resolution of issues, and maintaining ambience.
• Monitor and manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, promotions, and seasonal specials.
• Handle vendor relationships, supply ordering, and kitchen coordination.
• Prepare performance reports, sales analysis, and maintain operational records.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing European caf -style or fusion cuisine concepts.
• Strong understanding of European food culture, caf service styles, and guest preferences.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high customer service standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable to Dubai s dynamic hospitality market.
• Indian nationals are preferred.
