Job Description
Our Client is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to oversee daily operations and lead his team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and hygiene, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and motivate staff, ensuring discipline, teamwork, and high morale.
- Oversee food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness according to HACCP standards.
- Monitor inventory, handle purchasing requests, and control costs.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, Hygiene, and Quality Control.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Previous experience in oriental or grill restaurants is a plus.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
