Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reporting To: General Manager / Owner
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the entire operation of our establishment. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business, including financial performance, staff management, marketing, and ensuring the highest standards of food, service, and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Operations Management:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, both front and back of house.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Financial Performance:
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, P&L statements, and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze sales figures and devise strategies to increase profitability.
  • Control operational costs, including inventory, labor, and supplies.
  • Set financial targets and KPIs for the management team.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor all staff, including supervisors and chefs.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage staff schedules and payroll.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
  • Guest Experience & Marketing:
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service and proactively handle any major complaints.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Build relationships with guests and the local community to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
  • Vendor & Inventory Management:
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ordering for all food and beverage items.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or high-volume establishment.
  • Proven track record in financial management, including P&L responsibility and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a large, diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, including current trends and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
