Restaurant Management Opportunities Casual Dining/quick Service Concept

Job Description
I\'m currently supporting one of the largest hospitality groups, here in the UAE, as they have an abundance of opportunities within one of their hugely popular international QSR brands.
The company are undergoing an exciting wave of growth, and have committed to opening a brand new store in Dubai in Q1 2024.
*** Please note, this will be a fully licensed venue - so we are looking for those who have prior experience overseeing alcoholic bar operations, alongside general FOH activities ***
As it stands, we are currently on the lookout for the following to join the team:
1. Outlet Manager.
2. Assistant Managers.
Upon on-boarding, management will need to complete a 60 day training period which is non-negotiable.
The first 30 days will be spent on the restaurant floor, working alongside existing crew memebers, understanding menu specs etc., whilst the second 30 days will be spent shadowing existing restaurant management.
Training will be conducted in either Sharjah, or Dubai.
Ideally, we are looking for those who come from a casual dining and/or quick service background (international franchise brands will be preferred) - unfortunately, those with a hotellier background will not be right on this occasion.
