Job Description

Pay:

2,500.00 (AED)-4,000.00 (AED) per month

:

Location: AL Quoz1

:

Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive.

Assist in managing table reservations and seating arrangements.

Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.

Escort guests to their tables and ensure they have a comfortable dining experience.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests professionally.

Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Have a proper knowledge in Seven Rooms.(important)



Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented and a friendly disposition.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.

Knowledge of restaurant reservations and guest management systems is a plus.
