As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a memorable dining experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all guests with a warm, friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant
• Manage reservation bookings efficiently and accommodate guests promptly
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure an exceptional dining service
• Provide information on menu items, specials, and other inquiries from guests
• Assist in seating arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and offer resolutions
• Maintain a polished and tidy reception area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess in a luxury dining environment is preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Positive, engaging personality with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Hotel & Restaurant Management is preferred.
