Hostess - Hebrew & English Speaking for a Jewish Restaurant Kosher Restaurant located in a 5 star Hotel in Dubai.
- Greeting guests.
- Providing guests with menus and assisting guests with any queries.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Engaging with guests to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve the problem
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.
- Menu knowledge
- Helping out the restaurant operations
