We are seeking a charismatic and professional Female Hostess to join our vibrant restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome:
Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
Guest Needs Assessment:
Determine guests' dining preferences and seating requirements.
Seating Management:
Manage the seating chart and assign tables to guests.
Restaurant Monitoring:
Observe restaurant activity to ensure a smooth dining flow.
Guest Inquiries:
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Operational Duties:
Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Assist fellow team members and other departments.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Russian / Italian / French / Spanish / Ukrainian is preferred.
Personality:
A pleasant and good-looking personality is required.
Customer Service:
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on warmth and friendliness.
