Miracolo Restaurant and Bar, a Neapolitan Italian restaurant located in Dubai, DIFC, is seeking a hostess to join our team and greet our valued guests. We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and professional individual who can provide a welcoming and memorable experience to our guests. Key responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service. - Manage reservations and ensure efficient flow of guests upon arrival. - Respond to social media messages and engage with guests in a thoughtful and courteous manner. - Handle phone calls in a professional manner, providing information and assistance to guests. - Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and smooth transition between tables. Requirements: - Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hostess or customer service role. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Knowledge of social media and ability to manage online interactions with guests. - Customer service orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment. - Knowledge of the Italian language would be an advantage, but is not essential.
