RESTAURANT HOSTESS Hostess Responsibilities: Hostess as well is the support for service team once needed, hence she is aware of service sequence standards and method. 1. Guest interaction 2. Obtaining guest feedback 3. Ensuring that quality levels of service are met 4. Communicating guest comments to management 5. Communicating needs to management 6. Team player 7. Keeping race and reference of guests likes and dislikes Hostess Requirements: A high school qualification or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous. Highly organized. 3-5 years\' experience in Food & Beverage Industry especially in Hotel or Restaurant Sector.
