We are looking for a passionate experienced hostess with an engaging and memorable personality. The proactive and reliable hostess will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager & General Manager. She will be responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, personable and authentic experience to each guest. JOB DESCRIPTION: Answer all incoming phone calls and Facebook messages in a very friendly manner. Arrange and schedule guests\xe2\x80\x99 reservations through the reservations system and highlight VIPs, regulars, special requests and make sure that it is properly coordinated with concerned team members. Communicate and update guests regarding their reservations. Responsible for greeting and welcoming the guests in the restaurant and ensure to deliver the best dining experience and exceptional customer service. Keep detailed and accurate guests\xe2\x80\x99 requests and all calls received. Have full knowledge of the product, promotion and latest happenings. Maximize table reservations for maximum revenues. Escort guests to their assigned tables and introduce them to their servers. Estimate the wait times for guests and regularly check the reservation list. Handle guest complaints at the entrance. Thank leaving guests with a smile. Perform opening and closing duties whenever possible. JOB SPECIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED: F&B or Hospitality industry experience is a must. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills. Working experience as a call center agent and/or reservation agent is add on but not necessary. Attention to detail is needed. Problem solving skills. A Team Player Can work under pressure with minimum supervision Positive and \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
