Job Description
Full The overall scope of the job includes providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service (including serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned area) in order to encourage sales and maximize guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Assists callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary which are legible and accurate passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
- Has a good knowledge of the restaurant\'s sitting arrangements
- Courteous, professional, and efficient service is provided at all times.
- Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area are kept clean and organized at all times.
- Gather guests\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and recommend areas of improvement.
- Ability to connect & respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
- Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s policy manual and the restaurant\'s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
- Fluent in English
- Presentable
- Preferrably can speak Excellent English/Russian/Arabic
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B in a similar role.
- Well-groomed
- Multi-Tasker/ Flexible
- Basic MS Office, Internet Knowledge & Experience
- Female
- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
