Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess, located in Ajman. The Hostess will be responsible for customer service, reservations, phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills. The Hostess will greet customers, take reservations, manage seating arrangements, answer phone inquiries, and assist with customer needs. Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a customer-facing position
Strong phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
