We have an open role for hostess. Who will greet guests as they enter and show them to their table or waiting area, will also engage with guests to ensure their meal is as good as it should be. To do well in this role you should be comfortable standing for long periods and managing shift.
- Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
- Being sure that a college had been assigned to serve the new guests as needed.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
- Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
- Engaging with guests to ensure they\'re happy with food and service.
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
- Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
- Providing great customer service.
- Being able to explain the overall information about our venue and concept.
- Taking responsibility for all reservations, making sure all inquiries are followed up and documented on the system
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Uphold the restaurant\'s standards for service, cleanliness, and safety
- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
- Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess is required 2 years at least.
- Pleasant personality and well groomed.
- Experience in managing reservations.
- Availability to work in shifts as needed.
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift.
- English (Must)

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
