Restaurant GM | Dubai | Gastropub and Brasserie
We are seeking a highly experienced RESTAURANT GM to lead operations at a new luxury gastropub and brasserie in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing hospitality group with several upcoming outlets, offering strong career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
• Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and effective management
• Maintain high standards of service, quality, and compliance
• Collaborate with senior management on expansion and development plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in upscale venues within the UAE is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 25,000 - 35,000
• Bonus on target
