Sinless Hospitality Consulting, on behalf of our client--a well-established international Food & Beverage group--is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead one of their flagship concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction
Lead, train, and develop management and front-of-house teams
Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Maintain brand standards, policies, and procedures at all times
Collaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless execution
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high-volume or premium dining environment
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Solid understanding of P&L management and operational KPIs
Passion for hospitality, service culture, and team development
Ability to lead by example in a hands-on management role
Experience with international or multi-unit brands is a plus
