(Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates) Looking for a Restaurant General Manager (Chinese Restaurant) for a luxury hotel
About the Role:
You will be responsible to manage and develop the food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist Head of Food & Beverage to achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department.
• Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure outlets most efficient functioning.
• Implement & maintain local and national sales / marketing programs
• Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
• Oversees the financial aspects of the department including purchasing and payment of invoices.
• Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
• Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
• To gain customer feedback at all times.
• Coach, train and manage employees within the hotel's organization structure.
• Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as same position in 5 star hotel
• Previous work experiences in a Michelin Star restaurant background
• Preferred candidate with previous work experiences in Chinese Fine Dining restaurant

• Basic Salary: AED 26,000 Monthly
• Accommodation Allowance: AED 8,500 Monthly
• Family Package: Spouse and two kids (visa, medical, relocation) + (Kids' Education Allowance: AED 22,000 per annum per child)
