We are looking for a responsible and hardworking

Dishwasher

to join our team at our high-end Persian restaurant. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness and hygiene and understands the importance of maintaining high standards in a premium dining environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a key role in supporting the kitchen and service teams by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment using industrial machines and by hand when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dishwashing and kitchen area at all times. Ensure proper drying, storing, and organization of all cleaned items. Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow recycling and food waste guidelines. Assist with basic cleaning duties in the kitchen, including floors, counters, and bins. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per restaurant and local health regulations. Communicate any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately. Work efficiently to support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fine-dining or high-standard restaurant is preferred. Strong sense of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and respectfully as part of a team. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic understanding of kitchen safety procedures.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
