: Job Purpose
To deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve food items in line with company recipes, portion standards, and hygiene protocols.
Operate POS systems, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining area, and kitchen.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Support in receiving and storing supplies, checking for quality and accuracy.
Work as part of a team to meet daily service and speed targets.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the shift leader. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
