Job Description

Restaurant Counter Cashier
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :

  • Greet customers and take orders at the counter in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle billing and payments (cash/card) accurately
  • Maintain proper cash handling procedures and follow assigned POS/counter processes
  • Assist customers with basic queries and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to support order flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced F&B environment
Requirements :
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of cash handling (training will be provided)
  • Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage peak-hour rush
  • Willingness to work shifts as required
  • Preferred nationality: Philippines (as mentioned by employer)
